PDG Ingrid Berget is from RC Brevik, D2290 in Norway. She has served in several positions in Rotary. Currently she is Endowment / Major Gift Advisor in zone 18. In short, this means working for larger donations to the Rotary Foundation. Prior to this, she was Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator.
Ingrid was district governor in 2011-2012 and, served on the board of Norfo (Norwegian multi district organisation) from 2010 to 2015; one year as leader. She has been Assistant Governor, District Trainer and is representative to Council on Legislation 2017 – 2023.
Ingrid has worked professionally with community development and has a special interest for culture and for new businesses. She has had a great commitment to culture, also at national level, as chair of the Norwegian Cultural Forum.
Ingrid is especially concerned about Rotary’s role and unique position in relation to peace building.
PDG Bjørn Aas is a landowner and works as CEO and owner of his own company. His education is officer school in the defence, agronomist. He has worked as CEO in wholesale business for 20 years. Bjørn is married to Sissel, has two daughters and 2 grandchildren.
Bjørn served as Club President of RC Stavern in 2009-10, District Governor of D 2290 in 2015-16, Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator Z 16 2017-20 and currently as Rotary Coordinator for Z 18.
PDG Bjørg Månum Andersson worked in management positions in goverment and local goverment administration, from 1992-2014 as Director General in Primary Health and Social Affairs, City of Oslo. She has also served in the Executive Committee of International Council on Social Welfare, the Advisory Board of European Cities Against Drugs, project leader “Prosject women for leadership in topidrett” and member of The Board of Oslo University Hospital, HF.
Bjørg joined Groruddalen Rotary Club in 2005 and served as President in 2010-2011. She served ad DG of D 2310 in 2014-15 and as the Chair of Membership and Club Development Committee in 2017-19. She served as Assistant Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator in 2016-17. She shares a keen interest in polio eradication: D 2310 Coordinator for PolioPlus since 2016, End Polio Now Coordinator for Zone 18 since 2017 and PolioPlus Advocacy Adviser Norway 2017-2021.
Bjørg is a Paul Harris Fellow and has received ECAD Lifetime Achevement Award in 2013 from European Cities Against Drugs.
PP Tore Jørgen Slettahjell is Rotary Public Image Coordinator in Zone 18. He is a member of Heimdal Rotary Club since 2001 and has held several PR/PI positions for district and Multi-District in Norway for many years. Tore helps Rotarians with branding, online tools, social media and Rotary storytelling.
Today Tore is Manager at Skipnes Kommunikasjon in Norway and has been working with communication and marketing in graphic industry since late 90s. Tore is a board member of Graphic trade association – print and communication in Norway.
PDG Mikko Hörkkö is a member of RC Tampere Hervanta since 1995 and DG D 1390 2017-18. He was long a member of Finnish Youth Exchange multidistrict organization and served as District Youth Exchange Chair. Currently he serves as Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator for Zone 17.
Mikko is running a ICT company specialized in Artificial Intelligence assisted content management solutions that support knowledge intensive organizations turn their data into business value.
PP Johanna Talikainen is Rotary Public Image Coordinator in Zone 17. She helps Rotarians tell Rotary’s story in a compelling way and guide them in their marketing, media outreach and social media. Johanna is a member of Forssa Rotary club since 2008. She has worked in communications and marketing for over 20 years.
For the past 17 years she has run her own advertising agency.

Karsten Michael Sørensen
PDG, ARRFC, DRFC,
A dedicated Rotarian for 36 years, and “frequent user” of Rotary Clubs as he traveled all over the world for his company. Karsten now retired ran a successful business, which produced electrical control panels for a wide range of industries, especially the pharmaceutical industry.
He chairs and serves on the Boards of several businesses and foundations.
He served as the Club President 2003 – 04 and in 2012 he sold his business to become a full-time District Governor 2012 – 13 for RI District 1480. He has participated in several Rotary Conventions and in a large number of Rotary Institutes.
In 2015 he was co-founder of Rotary Intercountry Committee between Denmark and Lithuania, and he now serves as treasurer for the committee.
2014 – 2020 PDG Karsten is serving Rotary as District Rotary Foundation Committee Chair.
Karsten is Multiple Paul Harris Fellow.
PDG Leif Carlson is a former Commander in the Swedish Royal Navy.
He is now retired and after that he has been engaged within the industry as bordmember and chair of the board. He was a chairman of the national board of Medborgarskolan for about ten years, a study association that offers a broad range of adult education all over Sweden.
Mission in Rotary is District Gouvernor 2009/2010 in RID 2410, Sweden and Latvia.
