Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI) is a grass root training concept, the outcome of which is highly dependent on skillful facilitation.

Rotarians are demanding professionals and, in addition, adult learners, who deserve and demand qualified facilitators.

During this facilitator training you will meet other dedicated persons and we will together develop and improve the skills needed – not only to thrive within RLI, but also when asked to lead teams or committees that will navigate without direct supervisory authority.

The training is interactive and hereby based on active participation, we will try our own methods and ideas in our own ”laboratory” with role plays, debate and constructive feedback.
